As promised, I'm back in action! I thought I might start with a batch of mini skincare reviews and first impressions from a recent set I purchased from Sephora. It's still available, but also the products are all permanent items from Farmacy. I always love sets like these since they are an easy and usually more affordable way to test out new products.
The set online is titled Farm to Face Favorites, but the packaging just says "Farmacy Favorites". It's currently on sale on Sephora Canada's website for $40.50. The box is deceiving because the products only fill about half of it. They could have cut back so much on the outer packaging.

The size offered in this set is 15 ml, compared to a full-sized version of 50 ml or mini size of 25 ml available at Sephora. They sell a trial size at 9 ml and jumbo size of 100 ml on the Farmacy website, as well. Only the full and jumbo sizes come with a metal spatula.
This is formulated for dry skin. It's thick and while I am liking it during the winter months, I wonder if it might be too much for spring and summer. It gives a nice dose of lasting hydration. One thing I am not particularly a fan of is the scent. Personally, I'm not a huge lover of honey scents but also I have a sensitive nose. I think if it were just a little more muted, I'd be more okay with it. So while it delivers for me in results, the scent is a deterrent and not enough to get me to repurchase this. Aside from scent, it does meet its promises as a moisturizer!
The size offered in this set is 6 grams, compared to a full-sized version of 10 grams. This set comes with the apple scent, but Farmacy also makes scents in Mango, Honey Vanilla, and Pear Kiwi. I love a good apple scent and this delivers on the punchiness of a tart apple.
I wish it came with an applicator, as I am not a big fan of using my fingers. I do have one that I use from another lip treatment, but I think the addition of one would be a plus. I don't find it to be hydrating enough as a stand alone, but it works perfectly fine as a balm to layer under other lip products.
The size offered in this set is 12 ml, compared to a full-sized version of 100 ml or a mini size of 50 ml. This is free of fragrance and marketed toward sensitive and reactive skin. The smaller version does not come with a spatula, but the full-sized version does.
I've actually already tried this before when it was offered in another set. It works okay-ish for me and my skin handles it fine, as someone who does have sensitive and reactive skin. I do find that I have better luck with cleansing oils or micellar water, as opposed to balms. I used to like the Clinique Take the Day Off balm, but they changed the formula. From what I understand, something similar happened here as Farmacy used to have Green Clean prior to this balm. It just does not remove makeup as well as I had hoped.
The size offered in this set is 6 ml, compared to a full-sized version of 15 ml.
My skin doesn't love it and it leads me to believe it might not be a good fit for others like myself with sensitive skin. For eye creams with vitamin C, I prefer Clinique's All About Eyes. This is definitely a mini review because I don't want to test this too much after the initial reaction due to the eye area being so sensitive.
So I would say my favorites from the set are the Lip Smoothie and Honey Halo. I know I said I wouldn't repurchase the Honey Halo, but that is solely on the scent. The Lip Smoothie smells amazing and it's a good balm! I'm betting the Pear Kiwi version smells delectable. Let me know if you have tried any of these products and what you think or if I need to have other Farmacy products on my radar!
