January 2022 Faves

First faves of 2022! I don't know about you, but I feel like this year is already exhausting. I hope that changes, I really do! I'm happy it is Friday and I am hoping to spend this weekend in the most relaxing ways we can. There are some shows to catch up on, a jigsaw puzzle to be finished, and a charcuterie board ready to be put to use for a delicious lunch on one of the days. It's not much and that's exactly what I'm looking for in a world that has proven to feel like too much for me lately. 

Aside from this past month's favorites, I did my annual favorites roundup for 2021 in the post before this. Here's what I reached for in January!

• Anastasia Sugar Glow Kit - The lighter highlights in this kit are *chef's kiss*. Have I worn this a lot other than to pick up my grocery deliveries in the lobby? Not really, but for those days I 🌟glow🌟!
• Garnier Reusable Makeup Remover Pads - If one of your goals is to use more environmentally friendly items, look no further. These pads come in a set of three and last up to 1000 washes. I've washed mine several times over and they're still just as soft and fluffy.

• Tarte Amazonian Clay blush in Quirky - Love this shade and it's no secret this is one of my favorite blush formulas.
• Laneige Glowy Lip Balm - Is it just me that finds pear to be incredibly underused and underrated? I love when products and fragrances include a healthy dose of pear. There was a pear scent that Victoria's Secret sold that I couldn't get enough of during high school and college. Pear Glace! I should look and see if they still sell it. Love Spell and Pear Glace were IT when it came to VS scents! Oh my gosh, I should do a post on nostalgia scents from my school days. I still have a lot of the bottles/repurchased the scents, based on my nostalgia alone.
  
• Wet n Wild Sleeping Lip Mask - The lavender scent of this is what dreams are made of. The perfectly balanced lavender does not overwhelm. This formula works so well overnight, allowing me to wake up with soft lips. The Laneige in the day and this at night has been my recent lip rotation for winter.
