Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink in Lover

Are you working from home right now and have numerous Zoom calls or meetings each day and you want to make getting ready for them a breeze? These liquid lipsticks can definitely help. I'm telling you that you can put these on for your first meeting at 9am and they'll still be going strong after lunch and coffee breaks for your 4pm conference call. They don't budge!

I have five of these bad boys now and don't even think that I don't have my sight on others to get in the future! I've already featured Loyalist, Heroine, and Dreamer. My personal favorite is Loyalist, but Lover is definitely up there.

One thing I love about these is the wand with the little dip. It gives the perfect amount of formula to cover the lips. This is a one-coat and done product. The point makes it easy enough to get the edges just right. I won't go too much into the formula, because I've talked about it often and more in depth on the Loyalist review. Just know that it has lasted through anything I throw at it and I haven't found a color I don't like yet. I do sometimes wear them with gloss that does shorten the wear time, but wearing them as straight-up matte will get you hours and hours of wear even when I layer them on top of a lip balm.

I didn't realize my camera battery was dead when I was in the middle of swatching, so these swatches are from my phone and in natural light. If I get around to it or you want to see other swatches, I'll update this post with those! Once dried, Lover is a deeper pink that I think could work for a lot of people.
