While home for the holidays and in the land of the beautiful place we call Ulta, of course I stopped in my town's location for a little retail therapy! Because I went a bit ham in there last May, I tried to reel it in. Tried. And since this was around Christmas, I guess I'll consider this haul as a gift because why not?! I also had enough points for a discount, so that was a bonus! By the way, Ulta's point system is so much better than Sephora. Sephora needs to remodel a lot of things, as I feel like they are truly falling behind all of the better points programs out there (like Shoppers Drug Mart, if you're in Canada).
Aside from my last Sephora haul, these are the only beauty items I got around Christmas and I am set for a while! I know I just knocked on Sephora, but I did want to take advantage of my $15 off of $75 coupon. Honestly, I'm looking forward to when Ulta comes to Canada and offers up some friendly competition. If you are interested in seeing what I picked up on my latest jaunt to Ulta, just keep scrolling!
I feel attacked by this. They are not wrong. ;)
- Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover - This glitter LE one was the same price as the regular. Umm yeah, I obviously was going to go with the glitter and it was the last one! I figured this could be worthy of a try. I've seen a lot of people giving it a thumbs up.
- Buxom Plumping Lip Polish in Katie - I think it was makeupbytiffanyd on YouTube who I heard about this from and saw it on her lips. It's gorgeous!
- Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Chamomile, and Lavender - I already have and love the Rosewater one, but I really wanted this one for the lavender. My love of lavender is no secret around here! The calming factor was the other reason, because I have very reactive skin.
- Earth Therapeutics Peeling Foot Mask - I've been so intrigued by these for the longest time and finally picked up a pack. When my knee injury happened, my whole left foot shed its skin as my cells renewed down my leg. Between feeling the veins come back to life and watching my skin fall off, the whole experience was trippy! But my foot also felt amazingly smooth after that, so I'd love to replicate it. You know...without the whole knee injury being a part of it and all.
- Seche Vive Instant Gel Effect Top Coat - I love this top coat! If you want the look of gel with the ease of removing normal nail polish, this is the product for you.
- Real Techniques Complexion Sponge Duo - Man, I love these. Always a repurchase! I love the small ones I picked up in May, as well. They are perfect for under the eyes and around the nose. I normally get the 4 pack of these for a better deal, but my store was out. Still a great deal!
