October 2019 Favorites

Whoa, is tomorrow really Halloween already? My gosh, October, you came and went fast! I didn't get around to doing a Five Friday Faves post in October, so I'll try to condense those favorites into the November edition later on.

Are you doing anything for Halloween? We are being homebodies this year. My husband is working from home, so that we can watch all of the Halloween shows and movies that we can fit in. And when I say movies, I mean like Monster House, Coraline, Halloweentown, etc. I don't enjoy true scares or gore in movies because...well, I like being able to sleep. Haha! I do love supernatural shows though, so we'll catch up on Ghost Hunters, Evil, and the like. Do you love watching ghost and supernatural shows like me? Let me know your favorites!

Here are my beauty favorites from October! Two of them are repeats from last month, if my memory serves me correctly. I haven't really bought too many new things and I just want to share what I'm truly loving. If that means showcasing the same items for multiple months, so be it. That tells you how much I love something, doesn't it? I hope so!

• Bite Beauty Liquified Lip in Mauvember - This shade is still available at Sephora online. And this is a timely fave, as half of the proceeds of Mauvember goes to The Movember Foundation!
• Tarte Shape Tape Concealer - I'm like a broken record at this point, but this has been my favorite in recent months to highlight parts of my face while also providing coverage.
• ColourPop Super Shock Shadow in Wattles - I've been shopping my ColourPop stash lately because these have the tendency to start drying up over time. I'm making more of an effort to reach for them. One of the shades that I've been enjoying again is Wattles. It's perfect for autumn!
• Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara - Saddens me to be almost done with this one! I'm milking it to the last eyelash it will allow me to cover. That's how good it is. It's right up there with Essence's Lash Princess and L'Oreal's Lash Paradise for me!
• Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes Liner in 0L - Just a basic black, but it does not budge. I'm trying to use this one up. If you're wanting something similar, I also like Urban Decay's 24/7 liner in Zero.
