I couldn't resist. I tried, but then I saw a sweater that I had been wanting on massive discount and got nearly the entire order for what that sweater originally cost after added discounts and money back through eBates. I got a few things for myself and my husband for under $70 and I consider that a retail success. Because I just ordered these, most of them are still available online and possibly stores.
I focused more on winter layers. I knew I wanted another sherpa fleece jacket, because I could live in that wondrous material all day long. My favorite cardigan in my wardrobe is an open-front black sparkly one from Old Navy and that stood as the basis of wanting to try another one in another neutral.
- Thermal-Knit Boot Socks - I don't really have many taller socks that can be paired with boots and every winter I think about how I should invest in a pair, so I finally did!
- Sherpa Zip Jacket - Sherpa everything, please! There is also a white one, but I already have a cream sherpa pullover and I love this wine color. It's got a relaxed fit and go-warm technology built in to keep you warm.
- Long-Line Open-Front Sweater - Pretty much the basis behind the entire order. I felt this in person and fell hard. It's so soft and has such a perfect fit to it. I'm trying doubly hard to talk myself out of the Icelandic Mineral shade. Try this on in store and be prepared to fall in love.
- Side-Mesh Compression Crops - For my physio sessions. Compression helps my muscles a lot when I'm being pushed passed what I think are my limits.
- Flip-Top Gloves - Okay, I didn't need another pair of gloves but I only have one other pair of convertible gloves and I love them. I hate having to take my gloves off constantly to do whatever task is at hand and like the ease of just flipping the tops back. Obviously, these are better for the milder days unless you're keeping your hands in your pockets most of the time while you are out. What I like about these is that the thumbs have text-friendly tips.
