ColourPop Out and About Lip Set: Viper, Baracuda, and Times Square

I don't know if I am as gung-ho about the liquid lipsticks as I am about the Lippie Stix yet. I have a bit of a collection going, but they do not reign supreme for me. They seem to dry so much darker on me and I think that is the problem. That is not to say that I don't like them, I just have to be in a specific mood to reach for them. With that said, this kit has one shade that I am especially loving right now because it is so easy.

Times Square
This is in the Ultra Matte formula. It's labeled as a muted pink beige, but I don't really see much pink (more of a peach) tones on my lips. This is easily my favorite of the set. It is such a beautiful nude and goes with anything. Ultra Matte is not my favorite and does my dry lips no favor, so I always apply a lip balm first. As a rare moment, this one is not far off from the swatch they show online. However, I heard a few people say theirs looked a little purple. Might be batch related? To me, this is the winner of the set. I think this is a nude that will suit a lot of skin tones.

Baracuda
This is in the Ultra Satin formula. I much prefer the satin formula to the matte one with how it dries. I can definitely see this color being great during the fall months. However, I am not seeing the "warm deepened rose" that they describe it as. I would think of brick being in the description before rose. I found it to bleed a little on the lips. This is different from most of the lip shades that I own and I think it will be a good one to whip out on date nights.

Viper
This is in the Ultra Matte formula. This is considered a "dusty rose". Maybe it is just me, but this comes across far darker and more purple than a typical shade in the dusty rose family. That's not to say it is not pretty. I really liked it swatched on my hand, but it dries darker on my lips. To be honest, I would love for it to be a lighter shade like how it looks in the bottle or on my hand. But it's not too dark that it is way out of my comfort zone.
