Or as we mostly call it in the States, the "day after Christmas". Whatever you call it, one thing is certain, it's a fun time to shop! Even better when you have gift cards from the holidays burning a hole in your pocket. Boxing Day has pretty much turned into Boxing Week here in Canada, so you don't have to fight the crowds on the 26th if you don't want to. And who really does?!
With Sephora, they release several special sets for the occasion. For these, I do recommend either going to the store that day or ordering them online. Most sell out quickly! I definitely suggest looking up what is being released first, so you have a game plan on what you want. Some of the sets aren't that big of a deal in way of savings. In Canada, each set is $15.
- Caudalie Set (Retail Value: $30) - I have yet to try anything Caudalie, so this seems like a good way to introduce myself to the brand. It came with the Micellar Cleansing Water, Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet, Fleur De Vigne Shower Gel, Gentle Conditioning Shampoo, and Nourishing Body Lotion.
- Ole Henriksen Nurture Me Holiday Duo (Retail Value: $40) - Another brand I haven't tried. This set came with a nearly full-sized Nurture Me facial creme and a pack of 10 Nurture Me Cleansing Cloths. On a superficial note, I love the purple packaging.
- Clinique Loves Boxing Day (Retail Value: $40) - While I have used several products from Clinique, these are each new to me. It came with a full-sized Chubby Lash Fattening Mascara in Bodacious Black Honey, a mini Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief, and a mini Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm.
P.S. - Sorry these pictures look a little out of focus. Dang cloudy days. And plastic packaging is a magnet for pet hair. Anyone else with pets notice that?
