2014. It's 2014. What?! Here is my last monthly favorites post for 2013. Some of my posts like my Christmas gifts, favorite products of 2013, New Year resolutions, etc. are going to be running a little late since I just got back from my holidays yesterday. Hope you don't mind reading slightly belated posts on those subjects!
I got this back in October in my Wantable box. It's such a great red! I wore it with a red glitter polish for a festive look quite often last month. It's opaque after two coats and goes on like a dream.
L'Occitane Hand Cream
It's been brutally cold here the past few weeks. I am sure many of you heard about the ice storm that wreaked havoc among the US and Canada. And after that, we've been hit with very harsh weather. This is probably the harshest winter I have lived through up here. And while I love the cold, my skin doesn't. I have to rely on heavy duty moisturizers to help my dry skin. I love this hand cream for its size, smell, and it doesn't feel greasy.
Stila Artful Eye Collector's Edition Vol. II
A gorgeous neutral palette that I purchased during the Sephora Black Friday sale! I will have a review and swatches soon.
Benefit That Gal
That dry skin that I just talked about can leave my face looking dull. Enter Benefit's brightening That Gal primer. I have been enjoying mixing this into my face products for a little added glow. I might would purchase this full-size, but I'd rather get through a few similar products first.
Origins VitaZing
I know some fair-skinned girls have a problem with this in the winter, but it actually works best for me in the colder months. It evens out my redness and gives me a little warm pick-me-up as a base. It pairs nicely with other products and doesn't feel heavy on the skin.
BA Star Holiday Red Lip Pencil
The Holiday Red shade lives up to its name. I wore this in our picture on our Christmas cards this year and on several outings during the month. Red lips never go out of style.
What were some of your favorites from last month?
*Michael Marcus nail polish and BA Star lip pencil were both sent by companies for my honest reviews and opinions.

The L'Occitane hand creams are lovely. I don't know how how you have coped with such cold weather x
Better late than never! I still kind of want to do a 2013 favourites post.
