Last Friday, I went to the mall. One of the things that I picked up is the Velvet Teddy lipstick from MAC. I had six empty containers to take back, so I got it for free. Gotta love the Back to MAC program! Their massive lipstick line can be daunting, so I narrowed down my choices before going. I've heard so much about Velvet Teddy, but I wasn't sure if I would love it. So I figured it's the perfect choice for a freebie.
And you guys, I love it. It's a beige with just the slightest hint of pink, which I think is what helps it work on my fair skin. I was originally worried it would be too dark. It goes on like a dream, but being a matte, I would exfoliate the lips first or wear a balm underneath. I know I'll be wearing this a lot this winter. I'm not a Jenner or Kardashian fan by any means, but Kylie was onto something with this lipstick. It's one of the best nude lipsticks I've tried!
