We should all take a pamper day every now and then. Last week did not exactly live up to its potential, if you ask me. I ended up feeling worn down and in need of a pick-me-up over the weekend. So I designated Sunday to being a "me" day. I had a nice pampering session, caught up a bit on my PVR, and ate comfort food. And here is Monday and I feel a bit better and more refreshed.
For my latest pamper day, here's what I chose. With the colder air, my skin is already getting drier. These hit the spot!
Dior Creme Abricot for nails - The air is getting colder and my cuticles are rebelling.
Embryolisse moisturizer - My face loves this. It drinks it up like a milkshake. Bye, dry spots!
L'Occitane Shea Butter hand cream - Shea butter anything owns me.
Origins Clear Improvement mask - It's a little drying afterward, but my skin feels so refreshed.
Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter moisturizer - A great body cream. It's thick and really sinks into the skin.
Have you tried any of these? What products do you love to use during your pamper sessions? I'd love to hear!

I bought that bath bomb a week ago but haven't tested it out. Can't wait for your review!
As for my "spoil me" days it's pretty similar to yours. I use a mud mask, or the Kate Somerville Exfolikate if I'm trying to be quick about it. That stuff is pricey, but I bought the travel size and it goes a long way. I rarely get instant results on stuff, so I pounced on it. Other than that, I try to do a hair/scalp mask, Lush's Roots is my fav. Finally if I find time I try to do my nails.
I keep a little tube of L'Occitane in my handbag throughout winter- its a lifesaver! I'm intrigued by the Embryolisse; sounds good!

I've been wanting to try that Soap and Glory moisturizer! Glad you enjoyed your pamper day girl! :)

It's so good! Very rarely have I found something from S&G that I haven't liked. Their body scrubs are great too!
L'Occitane hand creams and the shower almond oil keep me going in colder months! Embryolisse is amazing. I can't recommend it enough, especially for dry skin. It's multipurpose and a lot of MUAs use it. Completely worth it!
I have to try Exfolikate! Nails are definitely a great addition to a pamper day. I was treating the heck out of my cuticles, so the nails had an off day. Haha!
I think you'll like it. I can't remember if you have sensitive skin or not, but mine didn't mind the Exfolikate. The directions just say to have it on less time, but I did ok with the full amount.
Cuticles drive me crazy! I've been using Julep's Mighty Nail & Cuticle Serum (when I remember) and Vanish and that's helped. I assume that if I used the serum more often I'd see better results. But then again, I'm a Julep junkie - been part of their Maven program for a long time.
I dig L'Occitane anything!!!!! I am in need of a good pamper day myself. Thanks for some ideas! Though I'm back on the clean eating wagon, I may just chow down on some mac & cheese!!!
