My husband and I packed up and went to Muskoka for two nights which I talked about in a previous post, but I always enjoy seeing what people take with them while traveling. Here's what I took to get me through three days!
To see more pictures, please keep reading.
I try to pack as light as possible. Even better when something is either dual-purpose or travel-sized! I also always pack my bag the night before we leave, then I use the products inside the following morning. This allows me to make sure I have not forgotten something before it is too late. This step has saved me so many times!
For this trip, I took:
MAC quad with Brule, Era, Naked Lunch, and Brun
MAC Archie's Girls Pearlmatte Powder in Veronica's Blush - doubled as highlighter/blush
Maybelline Dream Matte Powder
MAC Studio Careblend powder
Maybelline Color Tattoo in Barely Beige
MUFE eyeliner in 24L
Nivea A Kiss of Moisture lip balm
UD All Nighter makeup spray - the travel size is convenient
MUFE Full Cover Concealer - Holy grail!
Origins GinZing mascara - love the formula, but not fond of the brush
YSL Rouge Volupte in #1
Maybelline Age Rewind concealer
ELF eyebrow kit - another holy grail and cheap!
I love packing a bag for a short trip. It's the longer ones that I tend to overpack for- both makeup and clothes. Do you suffer from overpackeritis too? ;D

Great post :)
After browsing your blog, I've discovered we have so much of the same makeup and lifestyle items, Wendy! Where did you get your travel bag, it's so cute!
@Supergirl - Thank you!
@Priscilla - Yay! I love meeting like-minded people. :) I ordered it through Glitzy Glam online. The shipping is reasonable and they will put whatever you want on the bag. You get to choose the colors, ribbon, and font. Great quality, as well! I did a review on it on my blog here:
